Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Rates may vary by season, holidays, and local events. Weekly and monthly stay discounts may apply automatically. Cleaning, taxes, and platform service fees are excluded from nightly rates. Optional pool heating is available for an additional fee. Minimum night stay requirements may apply during peak seasons and holidays. Early check-in and late checkout may be available upon request.;
